Major Responsibilities
Optimization of Core –network element to maintain the network KPI.
Regularly monitor KPIs to determine Core Network health status.
Interface dimensioning for different inter node connectivity: voice & signaling dimensioning of different Core Network element.
Performing all interconnections within our network and other operators.
Coordination with VAS for smooth launching of services and promotions.
Generating work orders to operations teams
Coordination to put the long term & short term CN plan.
Planning of CN node/ resource rearrangement for any emergency/disaster situation

Required Academic Qualifications
BSc in Telecommunication or EEE

Required Experience
2 years working experience in similar field

Required Knowledge & Skills
Should have good knowledge/training on GSM network, CN Network architecture & SS7 basics
Good understanding of CS & IP fundamentals and SS7 Signaling
Sound knowledge of CS Core technologies, protocols and global standards
Familiar with CN Performance Measurement tools for different nodes
Experience in CS Core network planning and/or optimization projects
Expertise in signaling link analysis and optimization
Experience in Verifying quality parameters and network performance Optimization
Expertise in Technical reports preparation for traffic analysis
